Return Policy

Precision Scale accepts returns or exchanges on purchased items under the following terms and conditions:

• All return claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
• All returned items must be received in salable condition: in original packaging with all manuals, parts and paperwork intact.
• All returns are subject to inspection and manufacturer’s approval.
• All returns not exchanged for another item are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
• If you receive an incorrect item as a result of an error on our behalf, we will pay any associated shipping costs. However, if the error is on your behalf, you must pay any associated shipping costs.
• If you receive a defective item, we will replace it without charge and pay any associated shipping costs.
• Please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-855-284-0026 in Canada.
